1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of DeVons Jewelers, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or households are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period
The sweepstakes begins June 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT and ends on July 11, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit https://blog.devonsjewelers.com/america-250/ and complete the entry form with your name, valid email address, and store visited. Submit the form to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the duration of the Promotion Period. Multiple entries will be disqualified. Automated, robotic, or programmatic entries are prohibited.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical malfunctions, network failures, computer hardware or software failures, or other errors that may affect entry processing or administration of the sweepstakes.
5. Prizes
Grand Prize (1 winner): One (1) pair of 2.50 CTW Forever Pure lab-grown diamond earrings. Prize is awarded as described and has no cash value. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Second Place Prize (1 winner): One (1) $250 DeVons store credit toward next DeVons purchase. Prize is awarded as described and has no cash value. Store credit is valid only at participating DeVons Jewelers locations, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused value will be forfeited. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Third Place Prize (1 winner): One (1) $100 DeVons store credit toward next DeVons purchase. Prize is awarded as described and has no cash value. Store credit is valid only at participating DeVons Jewelers locations, may not be redeemed for cash, and any unused value will be forfeited. Additional terms and conditions may apply. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected on or around July 13, 2026 by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing. If winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
7. Winner Verification
Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. Failure to return documents within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued if the ARV of prizes won exceeds $600 in a calendar year.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (2) any claims shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, CA and entrant consents to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://devonsjewelers.com/privacy/. By entering, participants consent to receive email communications from Sponsor. Participants may opt out at any time.
13. Winners List
To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to 7684 N Blackstone Avenue, Fresno, CA 93720 by 9/11/26.
